At KTR, we offer a dyno experience built for serious racers, tuners, and engine builders who demand accuracy and results they can trust. Our Mainline 6000 Hub Dyno handles up to 6,000 horsepower, delivering precise, trustworthy data under controlled conditions.

Each full-day session includes expert operation and support beyond basic pulls. Whether you're setting up a base map, comparing power adders, validating upgrades, or configuring inputs and outputs. Tuning and crew assistance are available at an additional daily rate.

Sessions are private, and all data is securely stored and backed up. Need it later? We’ll retrieve it free of charge. At KTR, dyno tuning isn’t just part of the process, it’s the foundation of performance.

ABOUT THE DYNO

  • Hub-mounted design eliminates tire slip and tie-downs, offering safer, more stable testing.
  • Simulates full passes including 2-step launches, gear changes, nitrous hits, boost ramps, and more.
  • Precise RPM control for steady-state tuning, step tests, or full RPM sweeps.
  • Supports front- and rear-wheel drive setups; AWD must be converted before arrival.
  • Handles over 5,000 wheel horsepower and more than 6,000 at the engine.

WHAT'S INCLUDED

  • 8-hour private dyno session operated by a certified technician experienced with your specific platform.
  • Full support for new builds, including base map setup, I/O configuration, wiring validation, and harness testing.
  • Diagnostics and troubleshooting for drivability or power delivery issues.
  • Expert ECU calibration and detailed datalog review for multiple ECU models.
  • Performance assessments and component testing—engine, transmission, and power adder evaluations included.
  • Assistance with product R&D and validation for motorsports manufacturers.
  • Complimentary lunch and refreshments during your session.
  • Includes a flash drive with tuning files and datalogs from your dyno day.

ADD ONS & POLICIES

  • TUNING: Tuning is available for an additional $1,500 per day.
  • CREW MEMBERS: Crew assistance is available for an additional $500 per day.
  • START YOUR ENGINES: Your car must run and idle before arrival. If you need assistance with this before your dyno day, please call us to check availability.
  • CLEANING FEE: If excessive clean-up is required after your dyno session, KTR reserves the right to assess a minimum $50 cleaning fee.
  • CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 7 days' notice will incur a $500 fee.
  • NO PRORATING AFTER BOOKING: Unless otherwise specified at the time of your booking, you are reserving our personnel and equipment for 8 hours. KTR does not prorate session fees if you arrive late or leave early.
