Our shop is located in Thomson, GA, just off I-20. We have ample parking for race rigs. You're welcome to stay in your rig on site, or we have discounted accommodations available at the Hampton Inn just down the road.

When you book a dyno session, you're reserving our equipment and employees' time for 8 hours, from 8AM - 5 PM EST. The car should be bolted on the dyno, ready to go, by 8AM EST.

We cannot prorate your price if you are late or leave early. If you'd like a half-day session, give us a call! We're happy to discuss that.

Your car MUST run and idle upon arrival. While we do offer car setup assistance, it's not done through dyno appointments. Please complete our consulting form here on the site or give us a call.

Our team is dedicated to helping you achieve your goals, but we can't promise specific outcomes. During a dyno session, we analyze your program to find ways to optimize performance and suggest changes for improvement.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, leading you to reschedule or cancel your session. Please inform us as soon as possible.

A non-refundable $500 deposit is required to confirm your booking. If you cancel more than 72 hours before your scheduled session, a $250 cancellation fee will apply.

Cancellations made within 72 hours of your appointment will forfeit the full $500 deposit.

READ CAREFULLY – THIS DOCUMENT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS

IN CONSIDERATION of being granted the opportunity to participate in a reserved dyno session at Killin Time Racing’s (hereinafter “KTR”) Dynamometer Hub facility, and/or being granted access to any restricted or controlled area of the KTR premises, the undersigned, for themselves and on behalf of their heirs, assigns, personal representatives, next of kin, crew, and anyone associated with their crew hereby agrees to the following:

1. ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF CONDITIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
   The undersigned acknowledges, agrees, and affirms that they have inspected, or will inspect prior to participation, the areas of the facility to which they are granted access. They agree to continuously monitor conditions and to promptly notify a KTR representative of any unsafe condition. If any unsafe condition is observed or suspected, the undersigned agrees to cease participation immediately and exit the area until it is resolved.
2. RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY
   The undersigned and all parties associated with the undersigned HEREBY RELEASES, WAIVES, DISCHARGES, AND COVENANTS NOT TO SUE Killin Time Racing, its owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, representatives, equipment manufacturers or suppliers, sponsors, landlords, and any other individuals or entities associated with the operation of the Dynamometer Hub or related activities (collectively, the “RELEASEES”) from any and all liability, claims, demands, losses, or damages arising from or related to bodily injury, death, or property damage sustained by the undersigned, whether caused by the negligence of the RELEASEES or otherwise.
3. INDEMNIFICATION
   The undersigned and all parties associated with the undersigned agrees to INDEMNIFY, DEFEND, AND HOLD HARMLESS the RELEASEES from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from or related to the undersigned’s presence on the premises or participation in any KTR activity, regardless of whether such claims are alleged to have been caused by the negligence of the RELEASEES.
4. ASSUMPTION OF RISK
   The undersigned and all parties associated with the undersigned acknowledges that participation in high-performance tuning, engine testing, or motorsport-related activities—including but not limited to the use of KTR’s Dynamometer Hub—is inherently dangerous and involves significant risk, including but not limited to injury, death, mechanical failure, fire, or property damage. The undersigned voluntarily assumes full responsibility for these and all other associated risks, whether foreseen or unforeseen.
5. SCOPE AND SEVERABILITY
   This Agreement is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted under applicable state or federal law. If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
6. VOLUNTARY AGREEMENT
   The undersigned and all parties associated with the undersigned acknowledges and agrees that participation is entirely voluntary. They understand that, despite being a paying customer, they are under no obligation to sign this release. However, by signing below, they and their respective parties waive the right to negotiate its terms and fully accept all conditions as stated.

MEDIA RELEASE

The undersigned and all parties associated with the undersigned grant KTR and its representatives permission to photograph, video record, or otherwise capture their image, likeness, voice, and vehicle during the dyno session or any related activity. This media may be used for marketing, promotional, advertising, documentary, or educational purposes—including but not limited to social media—without compensation or additional consent, unless the participant notifies KTR in writing prior to the dyno session that they do not consent to such use.
